Jack is a Senior Financial Manager with 15 years of line management experience directing financial operations supporting large projects in the federal government and private sector. His expertise lies in strategic planning, all corporate finance disciplines including budget analysis, rate setting, and trend forecasting, as well as large contract management, project and proposal management.
He has managed NASA and DOD contracts with aggregate values over $2B, and had direct oversight of indirect expense budgets approximating $45M. He was the Proposal Manager for NASA's recently awarded Interstellar Mapping and Acceleration Probe (IMAP), resulting in a $560M mission led by Princeton University.
